Based in Raleigh, NC, Jason D’Orlando is a Senior Managing Director and Cushman & Wakefield’s America’s Life & Technology Science Lead. In this role, he supports life science clients throughout the Americas. 

Jason brings with him over 24 years of experience in the cGMP pharmaceutical, construction and engineering industries managing large-scale program teams and leading complex rollouts on projects from $250M to $3B. His expertise in delivering client solutions across the full spectrum of the life sciences sector, from R&D, Lab to full scale manufacturing, expands the firm’s existing practice in this area to an even wider range of organizations and applications.  

Jason’s career portfolio of experience showcases strategic and programmatic consulting of more than $7 billion worth of projects, with expansive expertise in the large pharmaceutical and life sciences developments as well as office/lab conversations. He is an executive strategist skilled at transforming strategic plans into workable solutions and is a hands-on leader, focused on building deep relationships and outstanding outcomes for his clients.
