Jason Kimmel specializes in representing developers, as well as owners both Private and Institutional in helping achieve their goals with their real estate holdings. Jason's broad base of experience in representing clients with both dispositions and acquisitions across Southern California helps to lend a creative eye when unlocking the value of each property.  

Jason has completed over $2 billion in transactions in investment property sales, land sales, ground leases and site selection with many of the top owners and developers in the U.S.  

Jason was selected for San Diego Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 for commercial real estate.
