Mr. Seiden is focused on providing strategic planning and transaction services to corporations in the Bay Area and across the United States.

Throughout his career, Mr. Seiden has completed a wide array of assignments including Cash and GAAP lease restructures, tenant relocations, early lease renewals, site/labor pool analysis and lease terminations. His tenant-only client list includes public and private technology companies, media agencies, accounting firms and not-for-profit organizations.

Previously, Mr. Seiden was affiliated with Newmark Knight Frank and Julien J. Studley, where he managed Charles Schwab’s regional and national retail branch facilities requirements, and represented other major corporations nationally. Before his tenure with Studley, Mr. Seiden managed Marcus & Millichap’s research services division in San Francisco. At Marcus, Mr. Seiden was responsible for tracking real estate investment trends. In this capacity, he developed customized research services incorporating extensive economic, demographic and financial analyses.

Jay has been a volunteer Big Brother for the past 20 years and is actively involved in various community outreach projects. He is also an avid surfer who spends much of his free time traveling the California coast in search of perfect waves.

Mr. Seiden received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado.
