Jeff Cushman was previously the Managing Broker for Cushman & Wakefield Silicon Valley and the Peninsula in Northern California. Mr. Cushman has over 27 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has lived and worked in the Bay Area for over 21 years and attended Santa Clara University for his undergraduate and law school education. Jeff is a tenant representation and landlord agency specialist. He splits his time between executing sizeable, complex tenant representation assignments for multinational corporations throughout the Bay Area and the world and providing local office agency expertise in Silicon Valley on behalf of institutional landlords.
He is one of the top brokers globally. Over the course of his career, Jeff has personally been involved in the leasing of over 22 million square feet of office space.
