As Senior GIS & Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield’s Austin office, Jeff oversees all aspects of in-house research and market analysis for the Austin market. Using various research tools and methodology, Jeff gathers and helps interpret data used for the analysis of commercial real estate trends and client specific research needs. Jeff is also the author of Cushman & Wakefield’s quarterly MarketBeat research reports and contributes to additional local and national reports.

Jeff has more than 15 years experience in all facets of real estate. He began his real estate career at The Buxton Company, a site selection consulting firm in Fort Worth, Texas, where he worked as a GIS Analyst. After 2 years at Buxton, Jeff continued his work as a GIS & Market Research Analyst for Echelon International, a luxury apartment home developer based in Dallas. While at Echelon, Jeff helped oversee national site selection for the company’s award-winning apartment brand, including Echelon at The Ballpark, a 385-unit redevelopment property that helped in the revitalization of historic downtown Memphis. In 2000, Jeff joined Colliers International in Las Vegas as the Director of GIS & Research, overseeing property and site analysis as well as the company’s digital and aerial mapping needs. While serving in this capacity, Jeff gained substantial knowledge of the Las Vegas Valley real estate market, which eventually led to his transition into real estate brokerage. Using his unique background of site selection and market analysis, Jeff oversaw sale & lease transactions in excess of $100 million.

Jeff is also a proud veteran of the United States Navy. While on active duty, Jeff served at Naval Air Facility Azores Islands Ocean Reconnaissance Unit and served in Desert Storm conducting maritime ocean patrol in the Persian Gulf.
