Jeffrey W. Lauritzen is a Commercial Real Estate Broker in the Fresno office of Cushman & Wakefield serving Central California. Jeff specializes in Industrial Properties, Land, and Investment Properties. Mr. Lauritzen has been helping commercial real estate owners, tenants and investors for over thirty years with the sale, purchase, development and leasing of land and commercial properties.
Jeff’s extensive career in commercial real estate includes representing clients in transaction negotiations for dozens of commercial properties including industrial, land, office and investment properties of more than 20,000,000 square feet with a value exceeding $150,000,000.

Mr. Lauritzen started his investment brokerage career with EF Hutton in 1984 and then joined Swenson Development of San Jose in 1990. In 2000, Jeff returned to Fresno and prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield he worked with Retail California and as a partner in the Lauritzen Company. Jeff graduated from Fresno State University in 1982.
