Jeffrey A. Shalom is a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker. He focuses on selling all types of properties in the Brooklyn, NY market. His journey began when he was born in New York City, remained a lifetime resident of Brooklyn, was educated in the NYC public school system and graduated from NYU with a degree in Accounting.

His formal professional career included working as a Certified Public Accountant for Bloom Hochberg & Co. where he handled multiple real estate related accounting clients and did due diligence for clients marketing tax sheltered real estate investments.

His diverse experience included managing real estate and representing landlords and tenants in leasing and sale transactions in the Manhattan and the boroughs. Jeffrey joined Massey Knakal in 2004 which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield. At the two firms, he sold in excess of $1 Billion worth of real estate including retail properties, development sites and multifamily properties. He has represented institutions and clients who owned one property. Most of his business today is with past clients and referrals – a testament to his client’s satisfaction with his services. He believes in providing every one of his clients with the benefit of his lifetime of experience and abilities using all available resources.
