About

With 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Jeremy is the Executive Director, U.S. Lead BTR/SFR for Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Asset Services platform, where he oversees the Build-to-Rent (BTR) / Single Family Rental (SFR) platform for Asset Services and Capital Markets. In addition, Jeremy oversees CushWake Community, Cushman & Wakefield’s community service initiative. He joined the company in 2012 to lead the Client Services Group after serving as a Market Principal for Greystar’s central region.
