Jill is an accomplished Human Resource leader with over 20 years of diversified experience in transforming, integrating and improving business performance including two years as a Chief Human Resources Officer. 
 
She currently serves as SVP of People Partnering for the Americas and Global Head of Talent and Learning. She is responsible for delivering human resources programs for over 15,000 employees who deliver leasing, capital markets, valuation, property management and project management services to Cushman and Wakefield’s clients. She also designs, delivers and supports the implementation of the talent processes & learning programs across the employee lifecycle for all 50,000 employees globally. 
 
Previously, Jill served as the Americas HR & Talent Advisory Practice Leader at Kincentric where she partnered with clients to understand the linkages between their business and HR strategies, and then architected human resource, organizational effectiveness, and talent management solutions to achieve business results. She also served as Chief People Officer for Kincentric and was accountable for all aspects of HR and People outcomes globally across the more than 20 countries. 
 
Prior to Kincentric, Jill’s professional experiences include ten years of management consulting at Accenture and eight years of corporate HR experience at Whirlpool Corporation.   
 
Jill earned a Masters of Human Resources & Industrial Relationship degree and a Bachelors of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois.
