Joe Fischer, a Napa Valley resident for nearly 25 years, has been involved in a multitude of Commercial Real Estate transactions for 18 years as a representative for owners, developers, tenants, buyers and landlords. Fischer has managed sale and lease transactions on over 1.5 million square feet of in-place and developable building area. In total, these transactions represented over $377 million of sale and lease contracts for the commercial clients he assisted.   

These real estate transactions spanned retail, restaurant, office, multi-family housing, industrial, low-income housing, developable land, and hospitality uses.  

Fischer holds an MBA from the University of Washington, and with a depth of experience in working with developers and occupiers across product types, and intimate knowledge of the City and County of Napa, is able to guide investors, buyers, retailers, restauranteurs, industrial tenants and landlords in evaluating different opportunities in the Valley. 

Joe's operational philosophy as a broker is to 'roll up his sleeves' and to keep working on the details of a transaction and seek to bridge any issues that arise between counter parties so that a deal proposal converts to a completed agreement that works for Buyers / Sellers and Landlords / Tenants.  

  • Sale of South Napa Market Place- Largest retail development (Target and Home Depot Anchored) in the City of Napa. 
  • Sale of land for 480 unit apartment development in the City of Napa. 
  • Initial lease up of Century Center Development in Napa -- Cinemark Theatres, In-Shape Health Club, Hampton Inn, and 'in-line' restaurant and retail tenants.   
  • Secured the critical mass of retail leases for Phase I of the Archer Hotel anchored 170,139 s.f. First Street Napa retail project, including the new Anthropologie that opened winter 2021. 
  • Acquisition of the Iconic Silverado Resort in Napa, CA in 2022. 
  • Multiple deals in Industrial areas in Napa, Airport area and other retail and office corridors in Napa Valley.
