About

Joegy is a Director in the New York Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in investment sales across Nassau and Suffolk counties. Partnering with Executive Director Daniel Abbondandolo, Joegy has helped lead the Long Island Capital Markets team to be named the top Capital Markets group on Long Island for both 2023 and 2024. His expertise spans a broad range of asset types, including NNN properties, large offices, hotels, shopping centers, transit-oriented developments, land sales and gas stations. Notably, he represented GEICO in the disposition of their Long Island headquarters, a transaction that earned the prestigious "Best Deal of the Year" award. His transaction history also includes the sale of East Meadow Plaza, a 200,000 SF retail/office complex, a U.S. Post Office portfolio across Long Island, East Meadow Commons, a 31,000 SF retail site, and all of JPMorgan Chase’s Long Island bank branch disposals over the past five years. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Joegy served as Sales Development Director for a telecom engineering company, managing both U.S. and international sales. His contributions were instrumental in securing ISO, OHSAS, and R2 certifications while cultivating key partnerships with industry leaders such as Amazon, Verizon, and AT&T. He was also pivotal in expanding the company’s operations into Texas, Florida, and Hong Kong, where he managed telecom production and repairs from factories throughout Asia. Joegy’s career began in healthcare, where he worked closely with the Director of Finance and Patient Access at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, NY. 

Joegy joined Cushman & Wakefield with the goal of becoming a central figure in Long Island's evolving investment real estate market. He focuses on seller representation, bringing a proactive, methodical approach and offering white-glove service to every transaction, ensuring optimal outcomes for his clients. Known for his outgoing personality and strong community ties, Joegy is a trusted advisor and an effective networker.
