With seven (7) years of industry experience, he is able to provide advisory services for landowners and residential developers of all property types and has wide-ranging experience with master planned communities, new home builders, multi-family sites, as well as mixed-use and infill projects.  As an experienced member of the top-producing land team in Colorado, Joey is able to offer clients the most up-to-date market information which is used to secure the most favorable results available.
