John joined the Cushman & Wakefield Residential Land Services team in January 2023 bringing his unique background working with landowners, residential developers, and the home building industry for the past 25 years. In 2001, John launched and directed the Colorado office for Zonda (formerly Metrostudy), one of the nation’s largest and most respected market research and consulting firms for the home building industry. In that capacity John served builder, developer, investor, and lender clients with their market strategy and advisory needs. John has extensive experience with market strategy, feasibility studies, and local economic trends that impact land availability, lot demand, and product segmentation that drives successful communities. He continues to regularly meet the region’s top builders and developers and is a seasoned presenter and industry advocate. John has a Bachelor’s Degree in land use and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and is active in industry events hosted by the various Homebuilder Associations in Colorado.  John has served on the Board of Directors for the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver from 2006 to 2014, currently sits on the HomeAid Colorado Board, is a committee member for the Colorado ULI Community Development Council, and a member of the CSU Everitt Real Estate School Advisory Board.
