John Fennell joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1985 and has developed a “client focused” specialization in the leasing and sales of commercial real estate. As a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Commercial Brokerage Division, John’s responsibilities have included numerous assignments over the years representing various clients’ interests with over 10 million square feet of commercial space leased or sold. Mr. Fennell has a strong background representing Owner/Landlords in Agency Leasing and Sales assignments and also has considerable experience and strength in Tenant Representation.
John acts as an experienced advisor offering professional real estate representation with overall execution of lease and sale transactions including detailed financial analyses and forecasting, market surveys, building and technical analysis, marketing strategies and implementation, pricing strategies, implementing solutions and contract flexibility with growth projections for fast scaling technology companies, proposal and lease negotiations, purchase and sale agreements, contract preparation, due-diligence, and tenant improvement cost negotiations.
