John is the Head of Data Center Insights at Cushman & Wakefield and sits as a Research Manager in the firm’s Global Think Tank. In this role, John is responsible for leading research and thought leadership for the data center, land, financial services and legal sector business lines. Joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2022, he has authored, and co-authored, numerous thought leadership pieces including the Global Data Center Market Comparison and the legal sector’s flagship report, Bright Insight, as well as a host of other industry-leading research-based content. John has deep knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, alternative asset classes, and has previously worked as a research analyst, senior research analyst, regional research manager, and consultant within the industry. Across his various roles, John has advised brokerage professionals, clients, and executives on key trends and market intelligence for many different development, leasing, and investment projects in the real estate sectors he supports.

John is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s VIP (organization of Veterans) and holds a BSc in Economics as well as a MSc in Economic Development & Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston.
