John is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Triad office and brings over 20 years of experience to his practice. He received his SIOR designation as an Industrial Specialist in 2003 and has completed transactions for a wide variety of clients including: Highwoods Properties, BB&T / Truist Financial, Hanesbrands, Sonoco, Childress Klein Properties, Fastenal, ProLogis and Fed Ex Ground. 

John started his real estate career at Carter & Associates in 1998 and moved to Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Triad Commercial Properties) in 2001.
