John Wilkinson, SIOR is a Managing Director on the Industrial Brokerage Services team in Atlanta. He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and is adept at managing all aspects of lease and sale transactions, including build-to-suit development.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Wilkinson was Director of Real Estate at Shaw Industries, a Berkshire Hathaway company where he was responsible for a portfolio containing approximately 33 million square feet and involved transactions in most major cities throughout the U.S.
