John T. Winnek joined Cushman & Wakefield (“C&W”) in July of 2001 when Cushman Realty Corporation merged with C&W.  He specializes in Tenant representation in the Tri-Cities and throughout Los Angeles.

 Mr. Winnek is a trained attorney, helping him provide a level of service for his clients that is unsurpassed in the industry. Mr. Winnek’s real estate background is rooted in brokerage transactions, including: Fortune 500 companies, entertainment companies, insurance companies and law firms.
