Jon is a graduate of Chapman University in 1996 where he received a bachelor’s degree in marketing & Finance. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2020, Mitchell was a Senior First Vice President of Investments with Marcus & Millichap, Newport Beach Office since 1996. Jon has 28+ years of multi-family real estate investment sales and experience.  He has personally closed 494 transactions totaling over $2 billion dollars. There is no doubt that the “Client” will always be provided the best commercial real estate service, advisory & most importantly: the highest premium market value, in any market.

Jon was born in Pasadena, California and has been married for 26 years with 3 children. In his free time, Jon enjoys travelling, wine, football & coaching youth baseball. Jon resides in the City of Irvine.
