About

Jonathan Squires is a Managing Director in the Investment Sales Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he focuses on the outer boroughs of New York City. Jonathan has worked throughout New York City since 2001. For the first ten years of his career, he specialized in acquisitions and commercial leasing for the family office of Bradford N. Swett (now known as BNS Real Estate). He later founded Squires & Company, Inc. and has worked as an asset manager, broker and consultant for family firms, partnerships and institutions as well as the Supreme Court of New York State.

Over his 22-year tenure, Jonathan has been involved in thousands of various real estate transactions within New York City. His clients appreciate his thorough understanding of many different aspects of real estate from a variety of perspectives. Jonathan has also been used as a source in The New York Times, Financial Times, Commercial Observer, The Real Deal, Real Estate Weekly, Mann Report, and The New York Post.

Jonathan grew up in Boulder, Colorado, and currently resides in a brownstone in Harlem, USA - spending most weekends at a farmhouse in Hudson, NY with his wife and daughter, and two French bulldogs. In his spare time he is an avid reader and every now and then makes it on to the golf links.
