Jonny Brennan

Jonny serves as Vice President, U.S Multifamily Capital Markets for Cushman & Wakefield. He is responsible for the implementation & financial operations of the firm’s strategies within its Multifamily Capital Markets business, including the integration of Greystone, a leading agency lender known for delivering the most creative capital solutions. The December 2021 investment into Greystone’s agency and servicing business marked the largest in Cushman's history and now allows C&W to be the only firm in the industry to offer our clients a fully integrated Multifamily Platform: Investment Sales, Debt & Equity, Property Management and Appraisal Service.

Prior to his role in the Multifamily Capital Markets vertical, Jonny lead the integration of twelve unique real estate companies with Advisory & Services capabilities spanning across Asset Services (Pinnacle), Brokerage, Construction Management, Facilities Services and Project Development.
