At Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, Jorge is responsible for the marketing, sales, and leasing of commercial real estate with a focus on investment properties. Jorge joined the Company in 2024 bringing with him six years of experience in commercial real estate. Jorge’s real estate knowledge has also been enriched by his time as a member of the Omaha Planning Board, affording him profound insights into city development, planning and zoning intricacies. It has also given him strong connections with city officials making him a resource to clients, developers and agents alike.

Jorge earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in both Biology and French from Saint Louis University, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Currently, Jorge sits as a member of the Omaha Planning Board, a position appointed by the Mayor, in addition to serving on the Metro YMCA Board of Directors. Proficient in three languages, Jorge is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska and Iowa.
