Josh Faircloth is a Research Manager with Cushman & Wakefield and leads the research department for the Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville offices. In this role, Mr. Faircloth is responsible for interpreting and analyzing market data and trends across office and industrial assets to assist Cushman & Wakefield with executing client services and business development. He provides brokerage teams with market data and statistics, forecasting trends, client support, thought leadership publications, quarterly reports, and presentations.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Faircloth worked for several years as a research consultant within the pharmaceutical industry, assisting clients with in- and out-licensing needs and conducting intellectual property landscapes, commercial assessments, and valuations. A native of Tampa, Mr. Faircloth holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Florida.
