Joyce’s commercial real estate career has focused on providing advisory, management and transaction services to companies with a broad spectrum of real estate assets and needs. Joyce joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 1994 after seven years with Urstadt & Biddle property and seven years with Merrill Lynch Hubbard and Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate, all in the New York Metropolitan Area. Joyce’s experience includes tenant representation in office and industrial leasing, evaluation of company acquisition candidates, and planning/budgeting. At Urstadt Biddle, Joyce was responsible for all aspects of property and asset management for retail, office and sales/distribution property including investment analysis, property leasing and negotiation, preparation of annual budgets and review of monthly reports, market review and property positioning; property redevelopment, property financing and loan restructuring.

Joyce’s holistic approach to commercial real estate coupled with her extensive experience in multiple areas of commercial real estate benefits her multi-assignment work for her diverse clients at Pyramid.

Joyce has completed over 250 transactions worth in excess of $152 million, including one of the largest company transactions – the sale of a $23 million shopping center.
