About

Mr. Petlakh graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA with a major in Real Estate and minor in Supply Chain Management. At Temple University, Mr. Petlakh served as the president of the Temple Real Estate Organization (TREO). Out of college, he worked at Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group, a boutique appraisal firm in central Pennsylvania. At Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group, he worked on a diverse set of property types for several different clients including litigation/tax appeal work, financing and strategic planning. Mr. Petlakh joined Cushman & Wakefield in March of 2023.
