About

Mr. Petlakh graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, with a major in Real Estate and a minor in Supply Chain Management. During his time at Temple, he served as president of the Temple Real Estate Organization (TREO). He began his appraisal career at Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group, a boutique firm based in central Pennsylvania. There, he gained experience across a wide range of property types and valuation purposes, including tax appeals, litigation support, financing, and strategic planning. In March 2023, Mr. Petlakh joined Cushman & Wakefield and became a member of the firm’s Infrastructure Practice Group (IPG). He appraises commercial, land, and special-purpose properties throughout Utah and the Mountain West. He also works with the IPG team on the appraisal of infrastructure and right-of-way projects on a national scale.
