Throughout his 20+ year career, Justin has successfully been involved in a wide array of commercial real estate transactions totaling in excess of 20 million SF with an aggregate value of over $3 billion. Major projects have included lease acquisitions and space dispositions, multi-market consolidations, repositioning assets, and the development and implementation of occupancy cost-reduction strategies.

Mr. Royce has extensive experience representing landlords and sublandlords with the leasing, marketing, budgeting, and analysis of commercial properties. He is currently working on the lease up of 100 Park Avenue, 245 Park Avenue, 810 Seventh Avenue, and 505 Park Avenue. Past projects include bringing One World Trade Center to 80% occupancy, the launch and successful leasing of 180 Maiden Lane and 75 Rockefeller Plaza. This experience leveraged with a deep market knowledge and well-versed understanding of deal structures have also benefited his occupier clients, including many leaders in the finance, media, technology, and manufacturing fields. He currently resides in Park Slope with his wife, daughter, and Boston Terrier. Personal passions include family trips, skiing, and reading.
