Ms. Storm has been involved in the real estate appraisal industry since 1999, and joined Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon, Inc. in 2015 as a Director in the Valuation & Advisory group in Portland, Oregon. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory, Ms. Storm was employed from 2011 to 2015 with Umpqua Bank in Tigard, Oregon as a Vice President and Review Appraiser. Previous appraisal experience includes nine years as an appraiser trainee and Certified General real estate appraiser with Palmer, Groth, and Pietka/PGP Valuation Inc. (now Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services) in Portland, Oregon, and three years as a sole proprietor Certified General real estate appraiser in the Portland metro area.

Appraisal and consulting assignments have included vacant land, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial complexes, commercial properties, multifamily residential properties, motels and other investment properties in the Pacific Northwest. Appraisal review assignments have consisted of properties located throughout the western United States and have included numerous types of income property, vacant land and agricultural properties.
