Karl M. Johnston, Senior Director, has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1981, and joined Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc. as Senior Director of the Capital Markets Group in 1999.

He has participated in the sale of numerous investment transactions with an aggregate value of over $1.2 Billion. Mr. Johnston is responsible for the sale of investment properties in the greater North and Central Florida area and brings optimal solutions on each assignment to ensure that his clients achieve the highest value for their real estate assets. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Johnston was Vice President of the Investment Property Group with CB Richard Ellis, in Jacksonville, Florida from 1995 to 1999. From 1987 to 1995, Mr. Johnston was an Investment Specialist with

Property Services in Jacksonville, Florida. From 1981 to 1987 Mr. Johnston was President and Owner of Mandarin Square, Inc., a local development company. In this capacity he was responsible for the coordination of all phases of development including land acquisition, construction financing, construction coordination and overview, marketing and leasing, tenant improvement coordination and the subsequent sale of the facility.

EDUCATION

BA Degree, Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, University of Florida and University of North Florida. Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
