Kathleen Fazio is a Managing Director in the Leasing Services Group of the Stamford, Connecticut office of Cushman & Wakefield.  Ms. Fazio has more than 15 years of real estate experience, specializing in tenant and landlord representation for leasing and sales and property management.  She has focused her efforts on the Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY areas.

During her career, Ms. Fazio has established and continues to maintain active working relationships with a wide range of clients including Kayak Software Corporation, Greenfield Partners, Spinnaker Development, Marcus Partners, Davis Companies, Griffin Hospital and Continuity Centers, to name a few.  Ms. Fazio has built a strong reputation over the years as the consummate brokerage professional, always proactive in her representation of her clients and concerned with every detail.

Ms. Fazio previously served as the director of leasing and sales for Summit Development in Southport, CT, where she was responsible for leasing various office, medical and retail properties including the Lock Building and Maritime Yards in South Norwalk, Bishops Corner in West Hartford, Kings Crossing in Fairfield and National Hall in Westport, CT, as well as Chappaqua Crossing in Chappaqua, NY.

Ms. Fazio attended Fairfield University and lives in Westport, CT.
