Kathryn Lawn has over seven years commercial real estate experience in the Raleigh-Durham area. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 and is a detail oriented project execution and coordination specialist responsible for supporting the successful completion of hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions each year. She assists the Raleigh Occupier Services team with transaction coordination, account and client management, market research, as well as preparing pitch and presentation materials. She works closely with life science & technology companies and is intimately familiar with the database of life science properties and companies throughout the Triangle.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Lawn served as a Marketing Coordinator for Highwoods Properties’ Corporate office in Raleigh, where she worked closely with the brokerage team to plan and manage broker and customer events, coordinated build-to-suit and lease proposals, and updated marketing collateral. She graduated from Meredith College with a Bachelor of Science degree. Ms. Lawn is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of North Carolina.
