Kathy Anderson is a Vice Chair of Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) team, based in New Jersey. She brings over three decades of expertise in managing, underwriting and marketing debt and equity opportunities for her clients.

Kathy has extensive experience across a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, mixeduse, self-storage and multi-family assets. She has successfully arranged capital for acquisitions, refinancing, pre-development, construction, build-to-suit projects and portfolio transactions.

Highly regarded by both her clients and lending sources, Kathy also served for 12 years as a Director of Regal Bank, headquartered in Livingston, NJ. She has been retained as an expert legal witness in commercial real estate litigation and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, where she shares insight on capital markets and real estate finance.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kathy was the Founding Partner of Progress Capital, a commercial real estate mortgage brokerage firm that successfully closed over $30 billion in transactions since its inception in 1990. Kathy’s accomplishments in the industry have earned her recognition from numerous publications and organizations. Some of her accolades include Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s “Top Financial Deal”, “Women in Business” and NJBIZ’s “The Power List” honors.
