A key aspect of her role involves taking occupancy solutions that may be unknown or not well understood, giving them significance within the organization, and disseminating them to ensure they are more widely comprehended, thereby driving client value globally. She also solutions the organizational model for each client, resulting in a curated team for each client’s complex occupancy problems.

Throughout the past 26 years at C&W, Kay’s role has always centered around a culture of innovation, encouraging the sharing of best practices, facilitating solution development, and setting standards. Today this is achieved by bringing together SPO associates, who may vary in their specific service provision, team structure, industry focus, geography and techniques, based on the diverse needs of clients.
