Kelsey Tucker is a Brokerage Specialist at Cushman & Wakefield for the Nevada Investment Properties Group – Capital Markets . Kelsey joined the Nevada Operations Team in 2020 as a Brokerage Coordinator to support the Las Vegas and Reno offices’ client service activities: interacting with various departments such as Marketing and Research to assist broker teams in meeting client needs. Shortly after, Kelsey began supporting an Office Leasing team and an Industrial Leasing, Development, and Tenant Representation team. This led to an increase in property marketing leasing efforts and Las Vegas valley inventory and availability research. Q2 2024 Kelsey joined the Capital Markets team eager to take all previous knowledge and expound.

Before joining C&W, Kelsey provided support to over 25 Brokers at a boutique firm in Seattle, Washington, Westlake Associates, and then worked as an Assistant Property Manager for commercial and apartment buildings at Seattle Property Management. Before her introduction into Commercial Real Estate, Kelsey taught Composition and Language Teaching Methodology courses at Oklahoma State University.
