Mr. Levenson is the Market Lead and Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory service line for the South Central. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2022 as Market Lead overseeing a large team of valuation professionals across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
As Market Lead, Mr. Levenson’s primary responsibilities include client interfacing, complex assignment scoping, quality control, and oversight of all valuation related services transacting in the region. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kenneth was a Managing Director within JLL Houston’s Valuation Advisory business. There he focused on managing and expanding the reach of valuation advisory business in the Houston and Gulf Coast markets.
Mr. Levenson’s valuation and advisory experience extends across a vast inventory including single and multi-tenant office, retail and industrial properties, multi-family, mixed-use projects, self-storage, residential subdivisions, lodging and resort facilities, convenience stores, land, and rural properties, as well as many special purpose properties.
