Kevin joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Director, specializing in office landlord and tenant representation in Prince George’s, Howard and Anne Arundel Counties. In addition, Kevin assists
landlords in the Federal and State Government Procurement process.

As Senior Vice President for Oxford Commercial, a full service commercial real estate firm focused on serving businesses on the Delmarva peninsula, Kevin was responsible for sales and leasing of
commercial office, industrial and retail space. He represented clients interested in acquiring office or industrial space for business purposes, as well as advised companies on strategic planning issues
relating the company’s real estate holdings. Kevin assisted companies interested in selling their business, he provided advising, planning and marketing services and preformed research and market
analysis in an effort to identify buyer prospects.

As Vice President of the Government Services Division for Spaulding & Slye, Kevin managed a team of 10 servicing various contracts for the federal government and managed upwards of 12 contracts
annually across various geographic regions with the Federal Government ($20MM portfolio annually). Kevin completed transactions on behalf of the federal government domestically in 30 states as well
as internationally. He completed approximately 75 transactions annually involving the securing of space (on average, 8,500 square feet) for the federal government and provided turnkey service for
federal government clients.

Before Spaulding & Slye, Kevin was part of Trans-Western Commercial Services where he performed leasing and sales of office and industrial space throughout the Baltimore-Washington Corridor.
