His primary responsibilities include underwriting and preparing financial analysis of multi-family apartment communities and development opportunities.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kevin worked at Colliers International as a financial analyst for the Multi-Family Advisory Group. Prior to that, he worked at KPMG as a senior associate in their real estate audit practice where he predominantly audited private real estate funds and single properties.
