Kevin Partington is an Executive Managing Director at the Cushman & Wakefield Sacramento/Central Valley Region Office. He represents Agency clients in the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned real estate. Kevin is a 29-year veteran who began his commercial real estate career in 1994 with Colliers International. In 2011, he joined Cushman & Wakefield along with the entire Capitol Region Office Specialists team. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, he has participated in over 810 transactions totalling more than ±7.3 million square feet. Kevin was ranked the number one Office producer in the Sacramento Region in 2019 and has consistently been a top producer in the Sacramento Cushman & Wakefield office over the past 12 years.
