Kevin Snodgrass serves as Vice Chairmen and has more than 36 years experience representing office tenants.  He specializes in creating strategic alternatives and that reduce facility operating costs on behalf of his client’s.  Through his dedication and commitment, he achieves his clients short and long term business objectives by coordinating, drafting and negotiating detailed, RFP’s, in-depth financial analysis and lease documentation.

Kevin specializes in tenant representation, consulting, disposition (subleasing), strategic corporate planning and facility overview.  For the past 31 years, he has represented numerous energy firms, from 1,500 RSF to 950,000 RSF.  Kevin has also worked on behalf of many law firms, from start up to multiple national firms, due to his detailed attention to the document.

Mr. Snodgrass has been fortunate and rewarded numerous times by his peers. On numerous occasions, he has achieved C&W’s Top 10 Achievement Award, Office Broker of the Year, Top 5 Production in the Country, Houston’s Heavy Hitters and Office Brokerage Deal of the Year.

Kevin is most proud of his family, Ann of 31 years, Christin (29), Kevin (27), John and Megan (23), his son in law Wilson Brown and his granddaughters Anne Marie (2) and Frances (1).  He loves to spend time with his family on Lake Travis, South Texas and sporting events.  His hobbies include golf, hunting and water sports.
