Kristine serves as the Research Analyst for Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh-Durham office with 5 years of experience in commercial real estate market research. In addition to preparing quarterly market reports for national distribution, she assists the Raleigh-Durham office with market research, data collection, and contributes to interpretation and trend analysis for business development and thought leadership. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kristine worked with Trinity Partners, where she provided market research for the investment sales and brokerage teams.
