Kurt Richter joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group in 2009 in the Washington, D.C. office. He brings with him over 30 years of commercial real estate experience that has primarily focused on tenant representation. Kurt is a senior member of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Not-for-Profit Practice Group and the Legal Sector Advisory Group. Over the past five years, Kurt has transacted over 4.5 Million SF of transactions for his clients. Additionally, transactions undertaken on behalf of his clients have been awarded either D.C. or Virginia’s Leasing/Sale Deal of the Year seven times, and Dallas Leasing Deal of the Year in 2015.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kurt served as a Senior Vice President for Trammell Crow Company and as a Senior Vice President for CB Richard Ellis, as a result of the CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Company merger in 2006.
