Kurt joined Cushman & Wakefield | The Lund Company in 2002 as a Property Manager and transitioned to the Brokerage division as Senior Associate. At C&W | Lund, Kurt is responsible for sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. In addition, Kurt handles investment consulting and specializes in Landlord representation. Kurt is also a member of C&W | Lund’s office market team. His experience as a Property Manager included the management of 1.5 million square feet of retail, office and industrial properties and a portfolio consisting of 12 properties. Prior to joining C&W | Lund, Kurt operated a construction company he founded in 1999.

Kurt attended Creighton University in Omaha, NE with an Army ROTC scholarship and served two years on active duty in the U.S. Army as an X-ray technician. Kurt is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska. He volunteers as coach in several sports at St. Wenceslaus Catholic School and also referees at USA Rugby competitions around the United States.
