Before moving to Las Vegas and joining Cushman & Wakefield Brokerage Services division for Industrial Properties specializing in Industrial and Land sales in 2008, Mr. Biedermann owned and operated a successful million dollar equipment sales and service business for six years in the San Francisco Bay area. Mr. Biedermann also worked for CB Richard Ellis from March 2006 until October 2008 and Robert K. Futterman, a retail brokerage firm here in the Las Vegas valley before joining Cushman & Wakefield.
Mr. Biedermann recently focused in on leasing properties for several landlords throughout the valley. His knowledge of the market has allowed his landlords to see their vacancy rates drop substantially. In the short period of time that Mr. Biedermann has been in the commercial real estate business, he has successfully negotiated over 700 transactions, which includes four land sales of over $70 million and over $300 million in sales and leases. He has also represented several tenants in the Las Vegas valley both on a purchase and lease basis.
Some notable clients of Mr. Biedermann’s are: Harsch Investment Properties, Fisher Brothers, Pinnacle Realty, Farmers Insurance, Passco Properties, Bell Transportation, US Marshall Office, Superior Linens, Sierra Ice Company, Coyote Holdings, GP III, Colony Capital, TJ Maxx, CW Capital, ABG Marketing, Teriyaki Madness, Crossfit Max, Destination by Design, Freshwata, and Colony Capital.
Some of Mr. Biedermann’s major assignments are: The Palms Business Center Portfolio, Phoenix Plaza III, Greystone Office Park, Gibson Palms Business Park, Palms Business Park, Humphries Arch. Building, Rose& Masco Buildings, Crazy Horse III, Cont. Electric, Speedway Commerce Center I & II, Desert Inn Commerce Center, The Spectrum of Las Vegas, Cheyenne Commerce Center, and Gibson Palms Corporate Park.
After Mr. Biedermann graduated from college, he was drafted by the Cleveland Browns and played six years of professional football for several teams. In 2008, he was inducted into the Diablo Valley Junior College, California Sports Hall of Fame. In 2009, he was inducted into the Daly City, California Sports Hall of Fame. And, in 2014, he was inducted into the Penninsula Sports Hall of Fame in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Mr. Biedermann graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. degree in Sociology. He was a three year Letterman for the Golden Bears and a member of the 1975 Co-Champions of the Pacific Eight Conference.
