Leonard is an experienced broker specializing in office and urban development brokerage. He represents companies ranging from growing startups to Fortune 500 companies. Leonard is an expert in advising corporations and landlords on their leasing and sale needs.

He also works on Kansas City’s leading urban development brokerage team serving property owners, developers, and investors in both sales and acquisitions of development properties. Leonard takes a high energy approach to his clients’ business development initiatives. His focus is delivering results and providing experienced market guidance to his clients.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Leonard was a Commercial Broker at Kessinger Hunter & Company. Before that, he was a Business Development Executive at Cerner Corporation. Outside of commercial real estate, Leonard enjoys traveling, following college basketball, golfing, trying new BBQ spots, and skiing.
