About

Lindsey Lahr is a Transaction Manager for Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Services Center (PSC) and currently serves on the JPMorgan Chase Bank account. She is responsible for leased and owned disposition transactions across the bank’s 5,000 branch portfolio. Her responsibilities include maximizing savings for JPMC by negotiating renewals of leases and subleases for JPMC’s existing tenants and subtenants, negotiating early lease buyouts for disposed JPMC leased assets, and engaging brokers across the US to market excess/vacant JPMC space for lease/sublease. Lindsey regularly partners with key client stakeholders and partners to develop and implement transaction strategies.  

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Lindsey was an in-house Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor for O’Reilly Auto Parts. She was responsible for a team of Lease Negotiators who conducted negotiations of lease renewals, expansion and addition opportunities for existing stores, disposition of real estate, and subtenant lease renewals. Key responsibilities include monitoring notice dates, researching market rates, drafting and coordinating lease documents with legal and managing landlord relationships.
