Lonnie Russell is a licensed commercial real estate broker with over 35 years of experience in the Nashville industrial market. Mr. Russell has been with Cushman and Wakefield since 2020 focusing primarily on industrial landlord and tenant representation. His background includes industrial and office property management, industrial project development, land acquisition, marketing, leasing and build-to-suit development. Prior to coming to Cushman & Wakefield, he was with Duke Realty Corporation, a publicly traded REIT, for 22 years, overseeing a portfolio of over 5 million square feet of bulk and light industrial properties.
