Lori Albert began her career with Cushman & Wakefield in 1983 as a member of the Property Accounting group. She later joined the Midtown Research department, remaining there until 1998 when she joined the New York Valuation Advisory group as the Senior V&A Administrator. In February 2003, Lori returned to Research as a Senior Associate. In 2005, she was promoted to Assistant Director, and in 2008, she was promoted to Director, covering the Manhattan and Fairfield County markets. In 2022, Lori was promoted to Director of the Tri-State region. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the Tri-State Research group, maintaining quality control of market data, providing brokers and clients with market information, assisting with business development pursuits, contributing to thought leadership, and writing quarterly market reports.
