Luke Napolitano is based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Irvine office, specializing in office and industrial occupier services both nationally and in Orange County. Simply put, he helps companies find and optimize their workspace. In the marketplace, Luke strives to be known for three key qualities: trustworthiness, competence, and positive energy. He values his client relationships and is committed to building long-term partnerships based on integrity and results.

A Southern California native, Luke grew up with a passion for sports and the outdoors. As the quarterback and captain of his high school football team, he led Corona del Mar High School to a State Championship. He continued his football career at the University of San Diego, where he earned a degree in Business Finance.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys playing recreational football and basketball, performing live music with friends at local venues, hiking with friends and family, and exploring the best restaurants in town.
