Madelyn serves as a Research Analyst for Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh-Durham market by publishing quarterly market reports for national distribution, developing new analyses or raw data, and providing thought leadership surrounding the commercial real estate industry. She holds a Masters of Real Estate degree from Georgetown University. 

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Madelyn worked as an Assistant Property Manager with Monday Properties. She managed a portfolio of over 1 million square feet, which included collecting and tracking data and reports for client delivery. Prior to that position, Madelyn was a Tenant Services Coordinator with Piedmont Office Realty Trust.
