As President of Americas Services, Americas, Marla Maloney oversees Asset Services, Valuation & Advisory, and Project & Development Services in North and South America. 
 
Previously, Marla served as the firm’s President of Americas Asset Services, where she drove consistent improvement to the service line’s operating platform and best-in-class service delivery. In that role, she led the Asset Services business through the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting the firm’s people and clients. She was also critical in identifying business opportunities and creating a strategy to add Multifamily Asset Services to the service offering for the firm’s investor clients.

Marla is a key member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Management Team, reporting directly to the firm’s global President. She also serves on Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Executive Committee. Marla has been with Cushman & Wakefield for more than 20 years. She holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and specializes in property management, agency leasing, asset management and client accounting. She was recognized as one of Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence in 2010, 2017, 2018 and 2020, and made Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate list in 2018. She is also the executive sponsor of Cushman & Wakefield’s employee resource group Leading Education and Awareness of Disabilities (LEAD).

Marla received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MBA from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
