As President, Occupier Advisory Services, Matt Chatham is responsible for leading a fully integrated approach to operate and scale the Occupier Advisory Services business across the Americas.

Matt has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Previously, Matt was Regional President responsible for leading the firm’s strategic growth across the Western United States. Matt has also served as the Managing Principal of Northern California and ran the Tenant Representation practice in San Francisco.

During Matt’s brokerage career, he had a strong track record with client service and strategy development, completing over 6 million square feet of transactions valued at $3.5 billion and received various awards and recognition, including Deal of the Year honors from the Business Times.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt worked at JLL and Savills.
